Welcome to HSSOCF!

High Scool Soccer Officials of Central Florida (HSSOCF) is a local group of soccer officials organized and affiliated with the Florida High School Activities Association (FHSAA). We were established in 1981 and we have over 100 registered members who officiate the majority of the high school soccer matches in Orange, Osceola, Lake, Volusia and Seminole Counties.

HSSOCF is dedicated to the continuing development of soccer referees. We provide a forum for our members to meet and discuss soccer, refereeing, and related matters. We also provide ongoing training and developmental assessments for our members.

We believe very strongly that a referee's first and foremost responsibility is to the game of soccer... to insure a safe venue for every player - regardless of age, skill or experience - to enjoy the game fully.
